Shedding Your Skin into a Consciousness Where “We,” “Our,” and “Us” Come Naturally – 7

Relaxed Breathing and the Bird’s-Eye View
The reason relaxed breathing is good for finding a self you couldn’t notice before is that the core of your consciousness descends to the Lower Dantian and settles there, and passing through it, your surface consciousness calms all the way into the vibrational sphere of the spirit body and the divine body, so that a bird’s-eye view awakens.
When you have a bird’s-eye view, you no longer mistake a single corner, side, or part for the whole.
I’ll say it as many times as it takes: if there’s a you who hasn’t forgiven yourself, then at the same time there’s also a you who is lonely because you haven’t been forgiven by yourself.
If you recognize a you inside who is sulking and shrinking, that means there is also, without fail, a you who is bullying yourself.
On the other hand, if you discover a you who is loved by yourself, that means there is also a you who loves yourself, right?
Everyone has a self at the opposite pole.
That isn’t something you get to decide with your thoughts, like “I can’t believe it” or “I can believe it.” It’s simply a principle of the manifest world.
For example, when light shines on an object, a shadow forms, doesn’t it?
That isn’t a question of “I’ll accept that” or “I won’t accept any such thing,” is it?
It’s just a fact.
What we’re always telling you is a method for the evolution of consciousness based on facts like that.
So, see at the same time both of the selves at opposite poles I mentioned a moment ago, and embrace them with the great, great “arms of life.”
Then the thoughts you were caught up in (unresolved thoughts), the fixations, assumptions, attachments, and snap judgments that had leaned toward one pole, good or evil, like or dislike, positive or negative, and hardened there, will be released, and a life consciousness that grasps everything at once from the standpoint of zero (spirit) will become standard equipment for you.

To Stand in a Balanced Position of Consciousness
Light and darkness, water and oil, fire and water, the masculine and the feminine, good and evil, heaven and earth, like and dislike.
In this way, the phenomenal world, both the way the world is and the thoughts of human beings, all appear divided into two poles, right?
That’s exactly why humans who haven’t yet graduated from the animal instinct of self-preservation so often looked at only one side and mistook it for the whole.
Back when the Earth realm hadn’t been cultivated at all, living with that kind of understanding caused no problems.
But now that the time of the Earth realm’s completion has truly drawn near and spiritual vibrations have grown this strong, living the way you always have makes it easier to feel pain.
So, although the real facts were hidden for a long time in the past because the time hadn’t come, now the time for the blossoming of divinity has arrived, and the real facts are being revealed like this.
To truly bring harmony to the world, human consciousness must first be brought into harmony.
People who read or hear talk of the truth, feel an intuitive click, and put it into action are fine as they are, but people who want to be fully convinced before moving may still be hesitating to put the truth into action.
So next, I’ll tell a story that may serve as a hint for those people.
To do that, first we’ll use a simple formula to untangle the leanings of past consciousness.
And after that, I’ll give you a new formula for bringing unbalanced thoughts that lean up or down, left or right, forward or back, or toward good or evil, right or wrong, into a balanced state of consciousness. (To be continued)
