Pain Is Your Ally
Published on Updated on
Don’t treat pain as an enemy.
Because it’s a supplementary function the universe has given us in order to maintain a normal state of existence.
For example, if you twisted your foot and broke your ankle and felt no pain, you wouldn’t notice the fact that it was broken, right?
It’s the same with pain in the heart.
When suffering arises in their hearts, many people on Earth behave as if they were the suffering itself and don’t try to let it go, right?
But feeling pain in the heart, just like pain in the body, is life telling you, “There’s a state of disharmony that needs adjusting,” in order to keep the heart in a pure state of consciousness.
That’s why I say, “Don’t treat pain as an enemy.”
When you release the solid lump of thought called the individual self into the universe and live with a heart that accepts everything, every event and every emotion becomes an ally that supports your happiness.
Because many people suffer from pain of the heart and body, this time I said, “Don’t treat pain as an enemy,” but if you live in accordance with the truth of life, every single existence becomes your ally.

Listen.
Don’t forget.
Look for every cause within yourself.
Everything you see, hear, touch, taste, and smell, and everything you feel beyond the five senses, is defined by your thoughts.
The meaning of life lies in going beyond those thoughts and becoming one with the source of life.
Everyone eventually goes beyond their own subjectivity, passes through the stage of objective viewing called metacognition, and returns to the bird’s-eye standpoint in the realm of the sacred.
Even people who dislike the idea will someday surely come to the day when they realize that “human beings are living beings who, passing through individual consciousness of existence, are meant eventually to return to oneness with the origin of the universe.” Until then, suffering may sometimes look big.
Almost everyone on Earth is still at that stage now.
If you remember the truth of life and live aware of yourself as a being of light, you’ll return to being divine humanity, living with even pain and suffering as your allies.
We simply wish for, and declare, an Earth where everyone lives in harmony.
