To Become Your Ideal Self

★The Importance of Believing in Yourself Completely
Unless human beings acknowledge and respect themselves, it’s hard for them to get out of thoughts that belittle themselves, and they tend to spend their time criticizing and judging others.
That is a realm where people who are learning what self-denial is all gather and live, and there everyone blames one another.
Hm?
Yes, yes, it looks like some of you are starting to see it.
That picture is clearly reflected in how people live in the physical world, too.
But the more someone is like that, the harder it is for them to notice that their own thoughts are spreading disharmony around them. Faced with the enormous gap between the ideal they pictured and the reality they created, they escape from reality, reach for the ideal, and are crushed by how far away it is.
The ideal truly isn’t something beyond the sky, or some flower on a high peak far removed from who you are now.
The ideal is truly within you, right now.
If you stop all self-denial and can forgive everything about yourself at this very moment, you can live a today that steadily expresses your ideal.
Some ideals will come true at that very moment.
Other ideals will come true in a few weeks or a few months.
And still others will take several years to come true.
In any case, every ideal is sure to be realized.
What’s important for that is to acknowledge, as a matter of course, that ideals come true.
For that, you must believe in yourself completely, without any falsehood.

★Action Is the Only Power
When you try to achieve a true evolution of consciousness, the ego will put up resistance like never before.
It will try to take over your mind in a form that seems like your own thoughts.
At such times, your head may fill with negative thoughts, but that’s exactly when you should settle your consciousness, watch the state of your physical thoughts from the self in the depths of your depths, and look objectively at the movements of your physical heart and body, thinking, “Ah, this is the ego’s last resistance.”
You know the way to do that, since we’ve talked about it so much, right?
Yes, deep, deep breathing.
Not a short deep breath you take on a whim just to try it out, but slow, relaxed breathing repeated all day long.
When you calm the waves of your breath, you can recognize the ego’s thoughts stuck to your physical body and your self as the consciousness of life itself as completely separate things, and your divine self can guide the self in the physical body from the side of the light of life.
That’s why we say, “There’s no need to depend on a teacher. You can guide yourself.”
You could also say that constant practice of slow, relaxed breathing is the way to carry out the plain, blunt truth that “if you think you can’t, you can’t, and if you think you can, you can,” without stirring up your thoughts.
On top of that, if you can use words that contain kotodama of light, you’ll be unbeatable. But those who can’t go that far, just try slow, relaxed breathing all day long.
Then, without any special effort, your habits of thought will change before you know it.
When your habits of thought change, your words and actions change.
And then destiny itself turns completely around and heads toward the realization of your ideals.
You understand that just seeing or hearing a talk like this has no meaning, right?
So put it into practice.
If you do, you will surely change.
Because one true action is a supreme power that surpasses knowing anything.
