(Continued from last time)
★Let’s bring harmony to your relationship with yourself
Now that our talk has come this far, all the points we’ve made are connected by lines, and you can see the three-dimensional picture formed by those lines put together, can’t you?
That’s right.
In many cases, people had been neglecting themselves while trying to respect others only on the surface, or trying to protect themselves, and so they lost the balance of their hearts.
You could also say the angle of their consciousness was slightly off from its original direction.
That was one of the big causes of the heart’s troubles.
Whether we call it husband-caused illness or wife-caused illness, parent-caused illness or child-caused illness, in many cases what lies in the background is that people put a lid on their honest feelings and, out of the belief that “even if I talk, they’re bound to react in such-and-such a way,” skipped the process of trying to communicate.
And so they wanted to blame someone around them for things not going as they wished, and sometimes their relationships became tangled.
Though perhaps, before that, their relationship with themselves had become tangled.
The world of the heart can’t be seen with the physical eye, so it’s easy to overlook, but valuing your own will and seeing it through is more important than killing your own wishes out of consideration for others.
If you honestly express your intentions and the other person states an opposing view and a conflict arises, you’ll have to find a middle ground where you can both meet and settle things. But if what you say is reasonable, and you approach them rationally without getting carried away on clouds of emotion, the other person will most likely accept what you say quite naturally and cooperate with you.
And if it’s a relationship in which hearts have drifted apart, then rather than forcing yourself to stay, the courage to cut such a relationship off cleanly and even be willing to start over in a new place is exactly the driving force that keeps your own power and rescues your suffering heart.
If the other person changes when you change your own attitude of heart, there’s no need to resort to such drastic measures. But in some cases, stress disappears when you change your relationships or living environment.

★When you change, the world changes (if you don’t change, the world doesn’t change)
But—and this is important—the way the people around you treat you is a reflection of the way you treat yourself. So even if you change your relationships or living environment, unless you put yourself on the main road of life at a fundamental level, people and destiny environments you dislike will appear before you again.
In the end, human beings can only change the world by changing themselves.
Put the other way around, when you change, the world you live in changes, and your destiny environment falls into place remarkably well.
Which means that if you can return your consciousness to the essence of life and live divine consciousness, you can live a reality in which everything is in harmony.
If you remain caught in the thought, “I’m unhappy because of someone else,” you lose sight of the power within you.
The relationships and living environment that involve you are all a destiny unfolding from the thoughts, words, and deeds you have sent out from past lives up to today.
But this is not meant to blame people who are going through hard times.
If you honestly look down on all of this from above, reflect on it right away, and on the spot correct your way of thinking and recognition to a standpoint in the divine realm, the world reflected in your five senses will be transformed in an instant.
When the inside changes, the outside changes.
That also means that when you change, the recognition of those around you toward you changes, and your recognition of those around you changes.
While deepening your breath, try looking down on yourself, inside and out, from above.
There—can’t you see it?
The figure of yourself, looking back with a gentle smile on the days when you wanted to blame others and hid in the cave of your thoughts, as something from long ago that has passed… (The End)
