To Advance the Evolution of Consciousness

★The Real Truth, Without Compromise
You have come quite close to a state in which divinity has revived, so today let’s talk about part of the real truth, without compromise.
Do Not Grieve
Precisely because you are human, you don’t have to keep staying in sorrow.
Instead, see clearly the course of your own and others’ evolution, and let your heart become clear.
If you know that sorrow, too, seen from the great ocean of life, is only a passing wave that will soon go by, then no matter what you see or hear, or what you go through, you will no longer fall into despair in a dark room where the light of life doesn’t reach.
In short, dissolve and spread your thoughts into the great ocean of life, and let the consciousness of the individual self disperse like mist.
For that, it’s good to always pray for the peace of the world of Earth.
Do Not Resent
Another important thing is that, precisely because you are human, you must not resent.
It goes without saying, but that isn’t the original consciousness of life.
Resentment is a mold of the heart that grows when your wishes don’t go through and you feel betrayed or slighted.
There’s a similar feeling called envy or feeling hard done by, and it’s of the same nature.
Live so that you don’t become one with such things and lose sight of divinity, the essence of life.
Do Not Get Angry
And also, precisely because you are human, you could say you must not get angry.
Look closely at where that anger comes from.
Then you’ll see the fact that you were getting all worked up on your own at something that didn’t fit into your own small assumptions.
When anger reaches its boiling point, it turns into hatred and robs the heart of its calm.
Then you become caught up in one thought and can’t easily get out.
Right now, quite a few people carry that kind of suffering, but that too is only for a time, until Earth’s humanity evolves, so please wrap them in a loving heart and purify it in prayer.

Scolding Is Fine
Something that seems similar to angry rage but is actually different is the movement of the heart called scolding.
They say getting angry is no good, but scolding is fine, right?
That’s because “shikari,” scolding, is also “hikari,” light: it’s an act of strongly radiating the light of life to oneself and others.
Telling the difference can only be done in a state of mind capable of discernment of spirits (saniwa), but if you live with your everyday breathing slow and relaxed, anyone can give off light without making their heart race, so keep that in mind as you work at your self-cultivation.
However, be careful: people who scold others must always govern themselves strictly and be living the unmistakable truth.
Because when someone who doesn’t govern themselves or express divinity tries to do it, they end up scolding while standing in the same place as the other person, and it doesn’t become light.
Do Not Separate
And the most important thing is that, precisely because you are human, you must not see yourself and others as separate.
What others think, say, and do is left to each person’s free will, but the responsibility for what you think on seeing it lies with you.
What matters is what you felt about the other person.
Turn that toward yourself and strive to see what lies within you.
The Secret to Advancing the Evolution of Consciousness
As we always say, you can’t feel anything whose cause isn’t within you.
Feeling something outside your heart and body is projecting and seeing what’s within you, so what isn’t there can’t be projected.
Conversely, if it was projected, that means the cause for thinking that way was hidden within you.
Knowing this fact clearly, and practicing thinking decisively, “What I feel about the world is seeing the universe within,” is exactly the secret to advancing the evolution of consciousness.
Everything in today’s talk is something that, if you set your mind to it and adjust your vibration, you can surely bring into line with the truth. So make a firm vow in your heart, “I’ll live beyond my habitual thoughts,” and put it into practice.
Then the light of your life will grow before your very eyes, and in the not-so-distant future, you will become a person who lives the consciousness of only light.
