The Ocean and the Evolution of Consciousness (Part 1)
Published on Updated on
★The Ocean Is the Heart, the Heart Is the Ocean
The ocean can be compared to the heart.
The surface consciousness is the sea’s surface, and the deepest divine-body consciousness is the deep sea (the divine world).
There are layers of sea (layers) in between too, but so that we reach the destination (the source of life) without taking detours, today let’s skip the middle and look only at the sea’s surface (surface consciousness) and the deep sea (divine consciousness), tying them together.
When the sea’s surface is stormy, waves can rise dozens of meters high and show a frightening face. But when it’s calm, it’s gentle and kind, and when you float on it, giving yourself up to the swaying of its gentle waves, your brain waves naturally become alpha or theta waves, and you may even feel a heart with a vibration close to the source of life.
In this way, the human heart can be compared to the ocean, and in fact humanity and the ocean are so closely connected that it’s no exaggeration to say the material human body was born from the sea.
Why do I say so? Most of the elements that make up seawater are the same as the elements that make up the human body, and the amniotic fluid in the womb is made of elements so close to seawater that you could almost say it is seawater, right?
Today’s talk isn’t about the makeup of the human body but about the heart and consciousness, so I’ll stop here with the talk of the elements that make up the physical body. But if you unravel the relationship between the sea and humanity, and between water and life, it’s a talk that could open a breakthrough to finding the light of life from there too.

Coming back to the point, if you can draw the conscious realm of the deep sea (the divine world) up to the sea’s surface (surface consciousness) and live by it, you no longer stir up rough waves of emotional thoughts as the sea storms, or get swallowed by them and lose yourself, so you can live with a peaceful, calm, harmonious heart.
Up to the present, almost all humans have stirred up the vibrations of waves of anxiety and fear and waves of self-centered, desire-driven thoughts, created stormy high seas in their hearts, and made this world disharmonious.
Why do they do that? Because they haven’t come to be clearly aware of the truth of human beings (their own true body and true heart).
You could say that hatred, sorrow, envy, resentment, survival-of-the-fittest thoughts, exclusionary thoughts, and all disharmonious thoughts are the very stormy state of the sea of the heart.
So if you can keep the waves on the surface of the sea of your heart calm, you can live with the heart of the divine world beyond your surface consciousness as your own consciousness.
And for human beings to live, as they all should, with the heart of the deep sea (the divine world), the ABC of it is to know that the waves that have appeared in this world (the waves on the sea’s surface) are all of a nature that fades away the moment they become real on the surface, that divine consciousness (the heart of the deep sea) is your true self, and to make your own a calm heart (the heart of the great ocean that gives birth to and nurtures everything).
