To You, Who Have Cleared Life’s Most Important Task of Loving Yourself
Published on Updated on
★What You Could Do for Others but Not for Yourself
Today let’s talk about the importance of loving yourself.
When you’re listening to a friend’s troubles, your individual self disappears remarkably, and through your emptied physical body, that person’s Guardian Spirit and others speak the words best suited to them. Or, while you simply listen without saying anything as they talk on and on, you have played the role of absorbing the stains of their thoughts like blotting paper and pouring the light of life into them instead.
But when it came to yourself, you couldn’t do the same, and stirred up clouds of thought, “It’s not this, it’s not that,” clouding the sky of your heart.
Strange, isn’t it?
Why couldn’t you do for yourself what you could do for others?
There’s no point in being coy, so I’ll say it straight: the reason lies in your habits of thought from past lives.
★Your Past Lives and Habits of Thought
You have experienced many lives besides those I’m about to mention, but you had past lives working in a monastery, as royalty and nobility, and as a Buddhist monk, and as a habitual thought running through all your past lives, including these, you always held the conviction “for the sake of the world and for others.”
That conviction has in part guided your evolution of consciousness this far, but on the other hand, it also had the side of always neglecting yourself.
And lately you have entered a stage of seriously acting out love toward that neglected self.
You’re trying, more seriously than ever before, to give love to yourself as you have given it to others, aren’t you?
That experience is essential for you to evolve in consciousness to a stage beyond where you are now. It’s an experience for understanding deep in your gut how important it is to face the self you have kept a lid on, to forgive and cherish all of yourself from the bottom of your heart, and to love and embrace yourself.
Until now, because of the strength of your loving energy directed outward, your love’s energy was useful for saving people even though you didn’t love yourself.
But from the standpoint of human beings’ original nature, that way of being is a little unbalanced, and your heart, too, suffering from a long internal illness and struggling with a restricted diet, has been carrying a heavy burden all along.
You yourself had kept a lid on your unfulfilled and suppressed feelings and hadn’t noticed them.

★To You, from Today On
From today, you are someone who can put down the heavy burden of your heart and move toward health.
From today, you are someone who can love yourself as you love others.
From today, you are someone who can forgive yourself as you can forgive others.
From today, you are someone who can love yourself and others in the same way, with no distinction at all.
Cherishing and loving yourself is originally the most important task that everyone should do first, before anything and anyone else. Normally, that is.
You happened to choose and walk a more difficult road than that, but for you to reach deeper in the evolution of consciousness than now, just like everyone else, this is an essential part of the journey that can’t be avoided.
From today on, now that you can love yourself as you love others, you are in conflict with nothing, and you have gained an invincible heart and body in which no individual self or self-interest at all, nothing whatsoever, can harm you.
From today on, wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, whomever you’re with, you can freely set divine love in motion and illuminate yourself and others.
That state of mind is the same vibration as our hearts, so you can now catch the inspirations we cast upon the earth as flashes of insight with a deeper consciousness than ever before, and share them with your brothers and sisters in the three worlds.
You worked so hard.
You did it. Congratulations.
And thank you.
