★On Being Both the One Involved and the Observer

Once you know your own thought patterns, if you can look objectively at yourself as you think, speak, and act them out, that alone reduces the seeds (causes) of repeating the same things.

That means it’s good to strive to know yourself.

We’re not asking anything difficult of you.

All you need is that you can simply watch what you are thinking, what you are saying, and what you are doing and expressing.

For that, it’s best if your breathing is slow and relaxed.

Because people who breathe shallowly are stuck to the thoughts they take to be themselves, so they can’t look at themselves objectively.

When you slow down your breathing, you can peel away from the individual self.

The truth of human beings is that they are both the one involved and the observer.

Deep within you is a self that watches you.

When you breathe slowly, the time you can spend as that deeper self grows longer.

And as you keep breathing deeply, the time will come when the self reaching out from the depths toward your surface consciousness and the self trying to return from the surface consciousness to the depths of life meet and become one.

★Everything Depends on How You Perceive

A harmonious destiny unfolds from a harmonious heart, so before anything else, it’s good to bring your heart into harmony.

For that, it’s good to can see the tendencies of your thoughts, as we just said.

Then you’ll come to understand that you yourself created everything in your life, so your heart will no longer suffer over any destiny.

Which do you think lets you be in a more creative consciousness: time spent in a consciousness free of suffering, or time spent covered in suffering?

It goes without saying, right?

So first, aim to reach the point where you can see yourself as you are.

Beyond that unfolds a time in which a constructive future can easily be built.

Suffering arises where the true body of life and your consciousness are apart, so spend your time in a way that brings your consciousness closer to the center of life.

Then wisdom that can break through any situation will well up, and you can actually open up your destiny.

As we always say, if you think you can, you can, and if you think you can’t, you can’t.

People create futures as different as heaven and earth just by how they perceive.

So if you want to build the future you wish for with certainty, move forward with a positive consciousness, never giving up, no matter what difficulties you’re in.
