★Bird’s-eye consciousness, which sees facts simply as facts
Have you ever heard sayings like these?
“Getting angry and scolding are two different things.”
“Become someone who can scold without your heart pounding.”
What they mean is that getting angry is sending out thoughts from a standpoint stuck to the emotional thoughts of the physical self, while scolding is a state of consciousness in which you stand in the field of vision of truth, not caught by emotional thoughts, see facts that have strayed from truth as facts, and the love of divinity that corrects them comes into play.
Scolding someone from a state of consciousness stuck to emotional thoughts may, at first glance, look like the right action on the surface. But you could say you are either sending out thoughts from the dualistic opposite pole on the same dimension as the other person, or blaming only the other person even though you do the same thing yourself.
Unless you have a field of consciousness that looks down on everything from above—yourself, the other person, and everyone else—you can’t see such facts, so you end up blaming others one-sidedly.
Once you’ve understood this much, all that remains is how to express it in action.
Do you know how?
Yes—the quickest and yet most effortless way is to keep breathing slowly all the time, except when you’re talking with people or eating and drinking something.
When you do that, even when other people’s words and actions make you angry or sad, the divine energy of the source of life, which surfaces within the rhythm of deep breathing, calms the ripples of emotional thought and slows the beating of your heart.

★First intuition, in which life flashes forth
Then, before you know it, your consciousness enters the vibrational realm of the divine, and without stepping into the same ring as the other person, you know—through the first intuition that resounds from divinity—what thoughts, words, and deeds you should express right now.
It isn’t that you should complain about every single thing others do, nor, on the other hand, that you should sympathize with everything indiscriminately.
In some cases, it’s better to point something out right there on the spot, and in some cases it’s better to watch over them with a prayerful heart.
Some things are fine to accept, and some things are better to let flow past lightly, simply as a fact: “So some people think that way.”
What to do, you can choose by following the first intuition that comes to you instantly.
First intuition is the light of life coming into play, flashing instantly without even a moment’s gap for thinking things over.
Acting without thinking may take training for some people, but if you decide, “I’m going to master this,” and practice it along with continuing deep breathing, anyone can surely make it their own. So try it while using your everyday consciousness consciously.
Then your consciousness will achieve a dramatic evolution in a short time. (The End)
