Within the Process of Creative Evolution (Part 1)

★Living with a positive spirit
People who live in a way that lets them feel the greatest joy in polishing their minds and bodies until they gleam and deepening their inner spirituality are happy people.
Because it keeps the heart and body young by raising the power of renewal, lets you keep an innocent consciousness, is the secret to being in circumstances where joy and gratitude never run out, lets the infinite possibilities of life unfold in you, and is the highest power of consciousness for never sliding back on the path of evolution and improvement.
For example, women—except when they are worn out by life—all keep the wish to be beautiful even when they become grandmothers, don’t they?
So they put on makeup, dye their hair and try new hairstyles, dress up changing outfits one after another, wear accessories, and practice anti-aging.
People like that, depending on the degree, are all shining.
Others may think, “I wish I could draw well,” “I wish I could sing well,” or “I want to get better at my hobby,” and people who are passionate about their work may think, “I wish I could get even better results in the work I’m doing now.”
In this way, if you keep holding the feeling, “I want to get better,” “I want to make such-and-such better,” and steadily put it into practice, you can feel results, even little by little, gain a sense of achievement, satisfaction, happiness, and fulfillment from them, and your consciousness turns more and more toward mastering it, doesn’t it?
At the root of it all is how you use consciousness.
Consciousness is the central power that creates destiny, so it’s important to send it out (use it) as positively as you possibly can.
People with a habit of negative thinking—quickly giving up or getting bored—feel that nothing goes the way they want, and sometimes try their hand at many things only to quit partway, don’t they?

★Two ways of living with positive thinking
On the other hand, people for whom positive thinking has become a habit walk an ever more fulfilling life while piling up experiences of their wishes and hopes coming true.
Why do such differences arise? Because the energy of consciousness each person sends out determines their individual destiny. But few people grasp that truth clearly and live holding the reins of their consciousness firmly in their own hands.
There is a very simple, blunt word of truth: “If you think you can, you can; if you think you can’t, you can’t.” Depending on whether your consciousness is positive or not, the destiny of tomorrow, the day after, and the future beyond appears as different as heaven and earth.
That’s why we say, “It’s good to use consciousness positively.”
Now, there are several kinds of people with positive thinking; broadly, there are two ways of being.
One is people who carry things along well with vague positive thoughts; the other is people who constantly picture concrete images in their hearts and make them real.
Which is better? It’s good to choose based on how much innocence, free of ill will (negative thinking), you are expressing right now.
If you think you are living innocently now, then even just holding vague wishes and hopes in your heart (a state where you don’t need to concentrate your thoughts deliberately, because you have absolute trust in life and take it for granted that everything will get better), things will go well naturally. But if you are sending out thoughts such as anxiety and doubt toward your own hopes and wishes—thoughts that cancel out the plus with a minus—and wiping out your own hopes, then, in order to cancel out that negative energy and overwrite it, it’s good to keep picturing in your heart, sharply and clearly, the state in which your wishes and hopes have been fulfilled, in more concrete detail.
