★To make the viewpoint of the divine realm your own
The basics of putting divine perception to use
The precondition for making the viewpoint of the divine realm your own is this: to make your own, so naturally that you don’t even need to call it to mind, a power of perception (the power to tell true from false based on reason and intelligence) that clearly distinguishes your original “divine consciousness” from the “thoughts of the physical self,” which are based on past memories in which “separated perception and the idea of opposition” have become common sense.
There’s a saying: “Without recalling it, and without forgetting it.”
Everyone knows, without even looking, that “of course my cheeks are above my chin,” right?
In the same way, having the power of perception to tell the difference between “divine consciousness” and “physical thoughts” is the important basic understanding for putting divine consciousness to work in your physical mind and body.
But many people on the Earth have let the eyes of their hearts become so clouded that they’ve forgotten even that they have cheeks on their own faces (that they are beings of divinity), and have completely forgotten who they really were.

So first of all, it’s good to meditate and unify yourself, as if reflecting your face in a mirror, and to perceive and see the form of the heart of the self (the divine self) that you recognize as yourself.
In Buddhist terms, it’s a practice like seated meditation and contemplation.
It’s a practice for returning to your original self.
Now and then we see people doing such practices in order to gain psychic or supernatural abilities, but that has a different purpose from the evolution of consciousness, so please recognize that difference clearly.
In everything, basic understanding, attitude, and mindset are what matter. That in itself becomes the right posture of the heart, and only with it can you guide yourself rightly.
So, back to the story: when you look in the mirror, you can tell, “Ah, here are my cheeks, and there’s my chin too. My ears are on both sides. Above my eyes are my eyebrows. My hair grows on my head like this. My nose and mouth look like this, and my eyes are this shape.”
In the same way, by meditating, unifying yourself, and looking within, you come to know your own true form. (To be continued)
