★No more mass-producing the karma of self-protection
Going back to where we began: as long as the self you take to be yourself is a small self, you often tend to create friction, and many people put themselves in a state where they have to spend their days in strained relationships.
That’s unfortunate for both yourself and others, and in turn it also leads to pushing away the completion of the whole Earth world.
That’s why we talk about breathing and recommend deepening your consciousness. If you can do this, you can cleanly admit when you were wrong and apologize simply, without defending yourself.
Once you acquire this clean-heartedness, it’s beyond measure how much lighter your heart becomes.
Put the other way around, you could say many people can’t do it, are desperately busy protecting themselves, and cloud their hearts with the karma of self-protection.
There’s no point protecting a self that isn’t really you, is there?
Because such a self is an illusion with no substance.
That’s why we say, “Many physical human beings are a little drunk on karmic thoughts and have forgotten their true selves.”
Even if it doesn’t sink in for you yet, that’s all right.
In each person’s journey, through all kinds of experiences, the time will surely come when they notice.
We don’t want you to end up that way.
That’s why we keep telling you only the real facts, over and over.
Even if you don’t understand now, a few days, a few months, a few years, or decades later, the time will surely come when you realize, “So that’s what that talk meant.”

★Your true selves are deep within the overlapping dimensions
Manifest in your Physical Body Consciousness the true self that is deep within the overlapping dimensions.
Then the tiny individual self trying to protect itself expands into the universe and vanishes like mist.
“Ah, why did I use to get caught on such small things and argue with others?” “Winning an argument doesn’t change the other person—how childish I was.” “The best thing of all is to stand in a place from which I can see myself and others all the same, objectively.” You come to understand many true things like these, and you can look back fondly on your old self.
Even if you do something and think, “Oops! How embarrassing!”—that’s no big deal at all.
Because other people don’t pay nearly as much attention to you as you think.
So what matters is your own consciousness.
In short, how you see yourself.
If you were wrong, you can correct it; and if you think you weren’t wrong, you can see your convictions through to the end.
Whatever others may think about it has nothing at all to do with it.
What that means is that the only thing that sways you is your own thoughts—others had nothing to do with it.
If others look bad to you, check what you yourself are doing.
Then the time will come when you can realize, “I was only using the other person as an excuse to think this and that about myself.”
What matters is to expand your self-consciousness into the universe, melting and spreading it.
For that, deep breathing that settles your everyday consciousness is effective.
If you can truly do that, your consciousness expands without limit, and the time will come when you can smile quietly and think, “How childish that was,” about the way you used to think “myself, my, me, by myself”—me, me, me, me.
Without fail.
That is raising the dimension of self-consciousness.
And so, that’s all for today’s talk. (The End)
