Love on Land (Physical) and Love of the Great Ocean (Life)

Whether the movements of your thoughts are based on self-interest or on true love is something thoughts that see things through the common sense stuck to the physical body can’t tell apart, right?

So now let’s talk about how to discern it.

It’s this: look at your heart’s love by comparing it to water.

On any land anywhere in the world, water springs from the mountains and flows down to the great ocean, doesn’t it?

Put simply, you just need to see whether your love (water) is the consciousness of fresh water in rivers and lakes, or the consciousness of seawater filling the great ocean.

If the “like” that fills your consciousness easily flips into “dislike,” or the “I love you” that fills your heart tends to change, depending on circumstances, into “I can’t love you” as quickly as turning over your hand, that can be called love on land (physical love), which would soon be washed up on shore and dry out.

On the other hand, if the “like” and “I love you” that fill your heart keep shining without ever fading, even when exposed to “whatever unreasonable words and deeds” of the other person or “changes in circumstances that affect your own convenience,” that can be called the unmistakable consciousness of true love, the love of the great ocean (life).

Let’s Live Circulating Our Consciousness Like the Three States of Water

If your consciousness is in the middle of the great ocean, then no matter what the circumstances, your feelings will never wash up on land and dry out.

Because there’s no land nearby for them to flip over onto.

In your world there’s the phrase “quick to heat up, quick to cool down,” but in the layer of consciousness of the divine realm, where only those with true love can dwell, consciousness doesn’t easily flare up, nor does it quickly grow cold.

It simply fills the space quietly and cherishes everything.

The consciousness of love is like water that springs up endlessly from the source of life to fill the great ocean (the great universe); love that has finished its role evaporates and returns to heaven, then falls to earth as a rain of compassionate love.

That means the eternal circulation of love.

The age of “now” in Earth’s history is an exceedingly rare, unrepeatable age in which you can experience both that “physical freshwater consciousness” and “divine seawater consciousness” at the same time.

In that sense too, the present can be called “the age of brackish waters.”

You’ve heard the phrase “the three states of water,” right?

The ones called solid, liquid, and gas.

Water, even without any human intervention, in any natural environment, fills space while going back and forth among those three states.

Think about it. Nothing is as mysterious as water.

So you could say nothing is better suited than water for describing love.

Water within the body is also absolutely essential for the human body to sustain life, right?

What if the water in the body evaporated without limit and was lost?

It’d be a mummy.

To make it through the age ahead, everyone needs to choose at some point.

Whether to live with a spirit that maintains a heart that keeps renewing itself without ever letting its water (love) run dry, or to refuse renewal and go on living clinging to old thoughts.

The sooner that decision is made, the better.

Because the one who creates a world filled with true love, and the one who lives in that world, is none other than you.
