To Guide Your Own Consciousness (Part 3)

★Sincere practice is what opens the way
Each of the practices you should do like this has its own good reason.
We only ever tell you the truth, so please try practicing it and experience the effects for yourself.
As they say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating.
If you just enjoy turning the truth over and over in your head, it won’t help you grow at all. But even without deep understanding, as long as you correctly practice what you’ve been taught, the effects will surely show up in your mind and body, and eventually a time will come when you happen to look back and, even though it’s about yourself, you’ll be impressed: “Wow, I’ve evolved my consciousness this much? That’s amazing.”
If you keep practicing deep breathing as much as you can for as long as you’re awake, everyone comes into contact with the light of their own source of life and, before they know it, experiences divine consciousness.

Without fail.
It’s not a lie.
In the end, it comes down to whether you do it or not…
Only practice will open up your path and let you experience steady evolution of consciousness.
Try practicing the real truth, the kind that makes your soul tremble with joy.
Deepening your breathing doesn’t cost money, and you don’t have to borrow someone’s time to be taught how.
As long as you have the will, anyone can do it: someone bedridden, someone busily rushing around, and all the more so someone with time on their hands.
The real truth isn’t something you get by paying high fees.
Nor is it something you get by clinging to someone, having them push you from behind and lead you along by the hand.
It’s becoming one with the light of life within you and returning to your true self.
In other words, it means returning your oxidized habits of thought to the fresh Light of Life and fulfilling the true mission you were born into this world for. (The end)
