The Principle of Happiness (1/4)
Published on Updated on
★To become happy
The fundamental principle for becoming happy is this: everyone was originally in harmony and happy, but with individual thoughts that forgot this, they decided on their own that “I’m not happy” and struggled. Notice that present state, and change the angle and depth (dimension) from which you send out consciousness.
To put it in ultimate terms, if you only remember the fact that all life was originally in the vibrational sphere of great harmony, then by that alone, anyone can return to their original divine consciousness.
Do you think, “Even if you say so, I’m unhappy right now, so how could I possibly do that?”
If anyone thinks so, what we’re saying now and what we’re about to say may be complete gibberish to them, so let’s break it down very simply.
What does “you were happy all along, but thought you weren’t” mean? It means that because your field of consciousness (your habits of thought) was immature, you couldn’t notice the fact that happiness came as standard equipment for each and every person from the start.
People who truly believe they aren’t happy now are like people living with their eyes closed: you could say they’ve assumed, “My eyelids just don’t open,” and have lived until today with their eyes shut.
The truth of life is originally in infinite happiness and joy—everything in harmony, whole and flawless.

Skipping the steps in between: all of Earth’s humanity are beings who came down from that perfection into the world of ultimate duality and are trying to manifest the original perfection of life in the world of the dimensional level they are now in.
To firmly grasp a true happiness that never crumbles, it’s important to face that fact squarely and acknowledge it.
Only when you do that can you begin to take the path on which you don’t feel unhappiness.
And yet many people, never imagining such a thing, wish, “I’m not happy, so I want to become happy.”
That state of the field of consciousness is the same as seeing without looking.
It’s like the field of vision of someone who’s bad at finding lost things.
Acknowledging your own way of being objectively like this may be hard for the ego to accept and may seem like drastic treatment. But people who feel they aren’t happy now are actually deeply loved and just haven’t noticed it yet. Since there’s no way to remember true happiness other than growing your consciousness, it’s important to have the courage to take one step forward with the feet of your heart—”Here goes!”
