★Supernatural abilities come naturally after divine consciousness has been developed
What we’d like you to know clearly here is that supernatural powers and psychic abilities are, in practical terms, not all that important in the process of the evolution of consciousness.
Those are things you can use as much as you need, as needed, after your divine consciousness has been developed.
Which means that supernatural powers and psychic abilities that become available after developing divine consciousness are the real thing.
If you rush to develop those abilities before that, you often step off the path and end up being pushed around by the thoughts of the astral world.
People who head in that direction often carry some unfulfilled feeling somewhere in their hearts, and that’s exactly why they try to gain tremendous powers that others don’t have, in order to be recognized by others.
Such people are looking at truth upside down, so for the most part they mistake untruth for truth.
So, to keep you from becoming like that, we are guiding you so that, by making your ordinary breathing slow and relaxed, you don’t fall into altered states of consciousness, but remain in your ordinary waking state—and that very state comes to express the vibration of divinity.

★What the state of divine consciousness is
Divine consciousness means that your normal, waking state of consciousness is in a state of loving compassion based on the principle of universal love.
It is by no means an altered state of consciousness, nor a state in which supernatural powers or psychic abilities appear. It is a state in which your ordinary consciousness, just as it is, expresses the sacredness of life itself.
Altered states of consciousness can be experienced by doing the wrong kind of training without a proper teacher, or by using drugs.
What we want to tell you clearly here is that the state of mind we recommend, divine consciousness, is a state of consciousness completely unrelated to the altered states of consciousness (ASC) talked about in psychotherapy and spiritual circles.
From the viewpoint of the path we pass on, that would be a detour.
As we said before, a state of consciousness in which your everyday consciousness naturally has no attachments or fixations, is caught by nothing at all, gives rise to not the slightest anxiety or fear, and expresses divinity with an unshakable heart—that is exactly the ascended state of consciousness, the figure of a person who has become divine.
For that, rather than seeking something that makes you stand out above others, it’s good to develop the divinity that dwells deep in everyone’s heart and express it in your thoughts, words, and deeds.
That isn’t the path of seeking recognition from someone else. It is the path of remembering the divinity within yourself and acknowledging your own perfection before anyone else does.
And the best way to do that, as we always say, is to keep repeating your everyday breathing at a slow rhythm.
Then your ordinary thoughts, words, and deeds are sublimated, quite naturally, into the thoughts, words, and deeds of the divine realm.
Etch that in your heart without forgetting it, and try, steadily and without giving up, to keep your breathing slow and relaxed.
Then you will grasp in your own hands the truth of your own life—no one else’s—and you, just as you are, will before you know it expand to the scale of the universe and be transformed into a divine being who understands everything right where you are. (The End)
