An Intensive Course for Graduating from the Childhood of the Soul (1)

★Characteristics of People Whose Souls Are in Childhood

When the soul is in its childhood, people want someone to acknowledge them at every turn, don’t they?

And in the space of the three worlds, countless thought-lines of the kind “Look at me,” “Acknowledge me” flutter aimlessly through the air and crawl along the ground. (Thought-lines are a kind of electromagnetic wave with a wavelength finer than X-rays.)

Why do those thoughts almost never come true on earth, though everyone wishes for them? Because the starting point from which the thought “I want to be acknowledged” is sent out, and the angle and direction it should head in, are fundamentally mistaken. So they only mass-produce a sense of unfulfilled lack, and those thoughts keep binding together as collective consciousness.

Where they end up in the end is filling their sense of lack by taking from others.

And some people living within the vibrational sphere of that collective consciousness are drawn to the idea that “love takes without holding back,” and sometimes remain in a dimension of consciousness of taking and being taken, running away and chasing.

The truth about this is that originally “love gives without holding back,” and what should be given is not money or goods or surface consideration and kindness, but life energy with which the person can produce abundance by their own strength, the source light of life that makes the original energy that creates everything well up.

This connects to what I’ll say later, so keep it filed in a corner of your heart.

Now, I spoke at the beginning of the childhood of the soul. What that’s like is obvious at a glance if you look at small children on Earth from an adult’s point of view.

All small children, consciously or unconsciously, have a strong need for approval, “I want to be acknowledged,” don’t they?

Even children who don’t seem that way at first glance all still want to be acknowledged deep in their hearts.

And everyone tends to gain confidence by being acknowledged and to widen the range of what they can do, right?

That’s because love is the best nourishment for people to grow.

The thought “I want to be acknowledged,” in other words, is also the thought “I want to be loved.”

And if you put into words what manifest life as a whole wishes for, it’s “I earnestly long to be cherished and loved.”

In their manifest form, everyone, consciously or unconsciously, thirsts to be cherished and loved.

That’s an essential principle of life, like plants growing toward the sun, so it’s not a question of whether thinking so is good or bad. (Continued next time)
