True Happiness

★To Know True Happiness
Watching the state of the hearts of the people of Earth, you could say that when people forget the question that anchors them to the essence of life, “What is true happiness?”, they fall into the world of confusion and lose sight of their own self, their own inner god.
In that sense, it means you’d do well to keep asking yourself this question until the moment your divinity is fully revived.
At every turn, remember to ask, “What was true happiness again?”, and keep yourself immersed in the truth.
For that, you need to understand very well what true happiness is.
Can you answer that question without a moment’s hesitation?
If nothing comes out unless you think, “Um, well, let’s see…”, then you haven’t yet unraveled the truth of life, so aim to reveal your own truth and become your own self, your own inner god.
Now, you understand that true happiness is something spiritual, based on the truth of life, right?
The question is what comes after that.
The heart can’t be seen with the eyes.
It can’t be touched with the hands.
So many people end up with only a vague idea of what it is, thinking of it as something hazy and impossible to grasp.
That’s because their consciousness hasn’t been settled enough. Bring your consciousness firmly down to the Lower Dantian, and settle your heart and body.
For that, your breathing must be slow, relaxed, and deep.
Because the consciousness of people whose everyday breathing is shallow is stuck to the physical body and the astral body.

★What True Happiness Is
Now, some of you may be eager to know what true happiness is like. But as for the part of happiness that has to do with physical life, the right answer is that it differs from person to person, so we can’t explain it concretely as this or that.
Once you leave the physical and reach the stages of spirituality and divinity, everyone gradually draws closer to one source, so the content becomes similar.
What does that mean? You come to a state of heart in which the happiness of others and the happiness of many beings is your own happiness and your own joy.
There, there’s no room for your own convenience to creep in.
In short, it’s a state of mind in which the ego has thinned.
The closest thing to it is a mother’s love for her child.
The way many mothers think, speak, and act for the sake of their children embodies selfless love, doesn’t it?
In the feeling that “as long as my child is happy, that’s enough; my child’s happiness is my happiness,” it’s not that she is holding something back or sacrificing herself. Putting her heart and body to work for her child is itself her own happiness, isn’t it?
If every person used their consciousness that way toward every being there is, Earth would become a planet of peace all at once.
In that sense, you could say that true happiness lies within the heart of God.
When you revive your divinity, you don’t have to force such a heart to arise; it happens naturally.
That heart has already begun to awaken in you, so you don’t have to do anything especially special. Just remain as you are now, embracing Earth and holding humanity close.
Because then you can make true happiness your own.
