★The Process of Knowing Who You Are
We’ll repeat it many times: for a person to come to understand real truth, they must know who they are.
“I’m alive now because life is here, in this body.
Then this life… where did this mysterious power that moves me come from?
Where did I come from, what do I do in this world, and where will I return?
What was I born into this world to do?
Could anyone be born by chance, without a purpose?
It seems more and more children are being born with memories from before birth, and all of them seem to have chosen their parents and been born to make this world better.
Then I, too, must have been born into this world with some intention.
I don’t know yet what it is, but I was surely born with a theme.
Let me find it, even if it takes my whole life.
And when I grow old, death draws near.
The consciousness I think of as ‘me’ won’t be in the body once life leaves it.
Where will I be then…?”

★The Process of Polishing Yourself Clean
Don’t find such reflection a bother; do it carefully.
Because that is none other than facing yourself.
As you do, you then enter the next stage, the process of looking honestly at your own nature.
“Ah, I really do have a habit of getting angry easily.”
“That’s right, I can’t stand being told anything by others, and whenever someone says something, I snap at them.”
“Oh, lying within me is a narrow-hearted thought that won’t forgive myself. That was the reason I dislike others.”
“I was always giving up on everything, saying I can’t, it’s impossible. Maybe this is the habit of thought they call self-limitation.”
There’s no end to them if you count, but as you look honestly at your thoughts in this way, they rise up before they appear as destiny, leave your heart and body, and fade away, embraced by the light of life.
And as the narrow habits of thought, the self, the ego, the individual self, thin out, before long the true heart that is “the light of life” itself shines from deep within your heart into your Physical Body Consciousness, and eventually your surface consciousness transforms into a consciousness of only light.
You know, rather than hearing an explanation, however many words it uses, it’s best to try it out using your own heart and body as the test subject.
No bad effects come of it; on the contrary, it brings nothing but good, so there’s no reason not to do it, right?
If you’re stuck, unable to move forward because you’re thinking about this and that, just throw yourself headlong into facing life.
Then truth after truth will well up from within you, one after another, as your own realizations and flashes of insight, and all anxieties, worries, and doubts, every kind of brooding emotional thought, will thin out and disappear, and you can live a consciousness of divinity alone. (The End)
