Rice Balls of the Heart – 1

The Essential Way for Humanity to Be
We feel so keenly, it almost hurts, how much you’re aiming for “the independence of the soul” in this age, “that feeling” of yours and “the depth of your resolve.”
Because I am you, and you are me.
When I say that, you may think, “No, no, we’re different people,” but in “the world of the light of life,” there’s no such thing as “an individual” in the way humans think of it. There is only conscious energy as light, filling everything.
You could also say, “There is only the figure of each person’s vibrational sphere crossing dimensions and overlapping.”
There is no time there, and no distance. All there is, is “the Light of Life” pervading the universe.
Cosmic Humanity are beings who, within that situation, carry the original conscious energy that created the universe and still keeps it running.
There’s no “me” or “you” there, no “that person” or “this person.”
There is only an “us” in which everything is integrated and harmonized.
And yet each person reigns firmly as “the creator of their own life.”
That’s exactly why the truth holds that “each person is responsible for everything in their own life” and “originally, there’s no such thing as someone else’s fault.”
No one lives thinking, “I want to be unhappy,” right?
And yet on Earth, there are not a few people who, as a result, live in thoughts of “unhappiness,” sighing all the while.
Why did it come to that?
By calmly looking at that and viewing it from above, each person can find a way of life that contributes to the completion of the world of Earth.

To Look Down on Everything with a Bird’s-Eye View
As I’ve said before, to make a bird’s-eye field of awareness your own, you need to place your consciousness (spirit) in a vibrational sphere at least one dimension higher than the physical body.
For example, if you keep your consciousness stuck to the three-dimensional ground forever, it’s hard to look down on the full picture of the oceans and continents of the three-dimensional planet Earth, but if you put Earth onto a two-dimensional world map, you can grasp its full picture at a glance.
Why can I say that? Because your consciousness, in three dimensions, is looking down on Earth laid out in two dimensions.
On a related note, I told you that to see the world with a bird’s-eye view (a field of awareness that looks down on the whole), you condense all of the present, past, and future into “this very moment” (the true now), didn’t I?
That procedure is the very secret to “placing your consciousness (spirit) in a vibrational sphere at least one dimension higher than the physical body.”
To add a little more on that: yourself and others, women and men, the elderly and children, enemies and allies, victims and those who did harm, living things and nature, past events and predictions of what might happen in the future, every matter you can recognize, you squeeze into the real now, squeeze, squeeze, squeeze, as if lovingly wrapping up a rice ball.
Condense everything you can see through your dualistic way of thinking into “here and now,” with the utmost sincerity.
Then, before you know it, your consciousness will have risen in dimension, and you’ll find you’ve been transformed into someone who can look down on self, others, and the world from one dimension higher.
The key point is “before you know it” (without noticing when).
So once you’ve let your recognition melt into this very moment, it’s good not to cling to it and to forget about it for a while.
Then a time will surely come when, before you know it, you’ve updated into someone who looks down on everything, so rest easy, trust in your mission, and do everything humanly possible each day.
But most people flinch before they even try and give up from the start, deciding, “It’s impossible, it’s no good, I can’t.”
If you have enough room in your heart to send out thoughts like that, the truth is you’d do better just to keep making “rice balls of the heart” with all your feeling.
The recognition of “here and now,” “the true now,” appears when you join the right hand and left hand of your heart.
That’s why it’s good to put your hands together with all your heart.
