★The second stage of putting divine perception to use

What you aim for as the second stage of putting divine perception to use is to expand your consciousness to the truth itself, to the universe itself, and to dissolve and spread every trace of self-interest into infinite expanse.

The stronger a person’s ego-consciousness of “I, mine, by myself, for myself,” the further their heart moves away from the whole, and because of that, they become strongly aware of opposing beings and things they can’t get along with.

At the very beginning of this series, we asked you to carefully chew on and savor the meaning of the words, “As long as there is a separated perception in people’s hearts, the world will not be in harmony, and as long as the idea of opposition clings to humanity’s consciousness, peace will not come to the phenomenal world,” didn’t we?

That was because we wanted you to remember, in a roundabout way, that the world to aim for lies on the opposite side of separated perception, in the divine idea of great harmony that comes with a sense of oneness.

So now, let’s put into words the truth that lies right on the other side of those words.

“When people’s hearts return to the great source of life, they remember that they are all brothers and sisters as vibrations of life, so the world naturally comes into harmony. And when everyone revives in their surface consciousness the sense of oneness in life, the phenomenal world inevitably becomes peaceful.”

Read and compare these two passages, like light and shadow, and ask yourself which world your consciousness is living in now, and which world you’ll aim for from here on.

If you choose the latter, it is certain that you will rise to this second stage of putting divine perception to use while your consciousness is still in your physical body.

It is the state of running heaven and earth with a selfless heart, a state in which you take part in running the world on earth at the same level of consciousness as the gods of the divine world.

You, too, can become a resident of that world.

As long as you naturally recognize, without a shred of doubt, that your true self is a descendant of the gods.

To become so, firmly take each step beneath your feet, and steadily climb the spiral of the evolution of consciousness.

If you try to leap ahead and force yourself to believe, “There’s no such thing as a self, it’s an illusion, only the universe is real,” you’ll run into resistance from the karmic thoughts clinging to the folds of your heart, and it tends to become a detour instead. (To be continued)
