To Build a Character Suited to a World of New Values

★What a Person of Character Is

From your boyhood into your youth, though at times you were swept along by desires and nearly lost yourself, you spent your days groping your way forward with the earnest wish, “I want to be a person of excellent character. I don’t know how, but I want to become that kind of adult, a fine person.”

So today let’s talk about the essence of character, or what it should be.

A person of truly excellent character is someone whose dignity is backed by divine character.

Character in that case comes from “the great source of life,” so there is no front or back to it.

The bare heart just as it is, is divinity, so there’s no putting on airs to make yourself look good, and no writhing in twisted thoughts from feeling small.

Such people can always stand openly and honorably in broad daylight, so they can remain in a natural heart just as life is, and that in itself brings light into the world.

It’s a waste for people to keep their consciousness at the physical character stuck to the physical body, or the astral character stuck to the astral body, and be satisfied with that.

Stopping at the level of spiritual character rooted in the spirit body is still not enough.

Unless everyone’s consciousness becomes a human character in which the true self of the body of light of the divine realm, the divine character that is the light of life itself, appears, they cannot draw out a peaceful world of great harmony in the environment where they are placed, and in turn in the heaven and earth of their star.

★To Reach Further Sublimation of Consciousness

So if you aim for further sublimation of the soul with an ascended consciousness, please always keep in mind and take to heart that as long as you keep your consciousness in the physical, astral, or spirit body and affirm yourself there, the consciousness of the divine realm will not come to the surface, and that true self-affirmation lies precisely where the surface thoughts have been completely denied.

To realize this and reach that state without pretense, true inner reflection is effective.

And to accomplish true inner reflection, you need a true guide.

That’s not something to seek in someone else.

The best guide has been within you from the beginning.

Yes, it’s good to become one with the heart of your Guardian Spirit, which leads the outer support of the “inner divinity” that everyone has left sleeping in their heart, and to treasure a heart that always walks according to the guidance of your Guardian Spirit’s heart.

A simple way anyone can do this is to spend the whole day, whatever you’re doing, with gratitude to your Guardian Spirit as the foundation.

All the more so when you sit down for inner reflection: it’s good to do it with gratitude for your Guardian Spirit’s support.

That means always imagining that your Guardian Spirit is standing in front of you or behind you, guiding you so that your heart isn’t carried away by distracting thoughts, and never forgetting the feeling that you are meditating under your Guardian Spirit’s guidance.

As for the physical side, a good image to keep in mind for your posture is this: imagine “a thick pillar of the light of life” descending from beyond the heavens into the chakra at the crown of your head, running through your spine, passing through your tailbone near the lowest chakra, and reaching all the way to the center of the Earth.

Then your spine naturally straightens, needless tension leaves your shoulders, your chin draws in a little, and you have a correct posture with a pillar of light running through your spine.

Consciousness is the main thing, but correcting the posture of your body also helps keep a correct posture of the heart.

For example, a “hand” doesn’t consist of the palm alone; there’s the back of the hand behind it, right?

Conversely, the back alone isn’t the hand either. The palm side and the back side together, as one, make a “hand.”

The heart and body follow exactly the same principle. You can’t lean toward the heart and ignore the body, and thinking only of the body while neglecting the state of the heart is unbalanced too.

The purpose of inner reflection is to become one with the great source of life, and at the same time to unify heart and body, manifest the sparkle of life blended into one, and put it to use in life in the material world.

So what’s good to keep in mind when doing inner reflection is to aim at achieving, at the same time, the oneness of “the light of life” and your surface thoughts, and the oneness of body and heart.

When those two are in harmony, vertical and horizontal like a cross, the meaning of inner reflection is fulfilled, and you can express divine thoughts, words, and deeds effortlessly in the thoughts, words, and actions of daily life.

The age when people armed with worldly knowledge and the arts of getting on in the world, trying to rise above others even by pushing them aside, were actually the leaders of people in their positions too, is already coming to an end.

★To Have the Power to Change the World

Even without my saying so, I think you, who are within the resonance of that world, already sense well enough that you are moving into a world where the old values no longer work.

But just sensing it doesn’t become the power to change the world.

Unless people who have caught the breath of the new age stand up, show people the way of living for the new age, and make the great road of life, which had become overgrown with weeds and grass into a road that is no road, into a road everyone can walk, the way of the world will never change.

To open the future, on any star, in any dimensional world, pioneers are needed.

That is you, those who aim for the evolution of consciousness.

Right now you may have no worldly power and no special title.

People are weak before titles and power and tend to follow the strong, so perhaps no one will even look your way.

But that doesn’t matter at all.

For in the world of new values, human character, spiritual character, and divine character will be the unshakable standard for forming the order of society.

If things were like some comic where a word appears on people’s foreheads showing their character, I think everyone would understand well what we mean, but the real world doesn’t move along like a comic.

The change of the world is proceeding solemnly and surely along the flow of the laws, though by the time sense of Earth’s humans it may seem slow.

And by the time everyone notices, the world will have completely changed into something new, and people will naturally be living according to the rules of that world.

But people who don’t wish to live in such a world won’t need to live there reluctantly; they will also can live in a world of the vibrational sphere they wish for.
