So That You Can Naturally Think of Yourself as a Divine Being

The reason it happens is that the human soul is made up of seven consciousnesses.

And on top of that, when you come to be aware of Naobi, the highest consciousness of your own being, you come to see, as a matter of course, that everything that exists in the world was within you from the very beginning. So you simply become unable to see things in a way that divides self from others.

I’ve told you so many times your ears must be ringing that natural recognition is what matters most, right?

Let me say it once more just to confirm. Everyone takes it for granted, even without looking in a mirror, that there’s a nose in the middle of their face, two eyes above the nose, a mouth below it, and ears on both sides of the face.

No one doubts that fact, do they?

In just the same way, a human being is a divine being with seven hearts, and once you reach cosmic consciousness, it feels completely natural that everything is yourself.

The first step toward making that kind of heart your own is, as I always say, to practice over and over, using every one of your senses, taking in and giving out the fact that you are a divine being.

If you can’t even acknowledge your own divinity, how could you possibly acknowledge the divinity of others?

This applies across the board. You can’t forgive others if you can’t forgive yourself, and you can’t love others if you can’t love yourself. It’s a way of thinking you can apply to every aspect of bringing your inner self into integration and harmony.

That’s exactly why, before thinking this or that about other people, you need to bring yourself into harmony.

Everyone leaves the world’s humanity inside themselves at odds with each other, and then thinks, “May the world become a better place.”

That’s getting the order a little backwards.

Praying for the peace of the world and the tranquility of one’s country is not something reserved only for the Emperor of Japan, you know.
