On the Heart Being Primary and the Body Secondary

★Changes in the Physical Body Are Not the Main Trunk of Ascension

Some people seem to think of wanting to ascend, or having ascended, mainly in terms of changes that happen in the body. But true ascension does not come about through physical changes.

Those things are branches and leaves. The main line of ascension, the trunk, is the spiritualization of consciousness, the evolution of consciousness.

In other words, ascension is purely a matter of the heart and spirit, and it leads to the development of the spirituality and divinity that lie deeper within.

Why do physical humans tend to think of ascension mainly in terms of the physical body? It’s because they have gotten into the habit of thinking inside the cage of a fixed idea, a view of humanity shut up in the shell of the physical body: “A human being is this self, this body.”

From their standpoint, it’s natural to see their own changes through ascension mainly as sensory or symptomatic changes appearing in the physical body. But the truth is that the replacement of spiritual cells, in other words the evolution of consciousness, comes first, and the replacement of physical cells happens afterward, so that you are reborn with physical cells of spiritualized, refined vibration.

So it comes down to the obvious: don’t be too caught up in physical changes; with a calm, generous heart, just quietly live doing words and deeds of love and truth.

★What Ascension Is, Once Again

Talk like this may sound dull to people who want miracles or special experiences. But ascension in the first place means that the character of Earth’s humanity, which had been wrapped in the cocoon of self-preserving thoughts, is promoted to a proper divine character that holds good throughout the universe, and so the natural world and the way of all living things are revived from the root and sublimated into a world where the light of life appears just as it is. So it becomes a perfectly ordinary story: human beings remember what makes them human and, as befits the highest of all creatures, send out thoughts aimed at the harmony of everything, speak words in accord with truth, and act accordingly.

And only when that can be done is the meaning of every human being’s birth fulfilled.

So every human being, originally, would do well to earnestly explore how best to live their life, and who in the world this person they think of as themselves really is. Even if the answer is hard to find and they spend their whole life on it, it is never a waste.

For such people, their efforts and hardships in the physical world bloom in the world after death. Like the story of the ant and the grasshopper, they can move on to a truly wonderful heaven and earth and work offering their lives for the greater movement of the universe. So there’s no need at all to chase short-sightedly after material results in this world alone.

For life continues forever.

So all you need to do is live, without any sense of tragedy, with a bright and cheerful heart, going about your ordinary daily life and expressing thoughts, words, and deeds of truth, goodness, and beauty.

As I always say, human beings don’t live all by themselves.

There is your Higher Self as part of the structure of your life, the band of Deities of light, gathered from the gods connected with Earth for the salvation of humanity, is watching over you, and we, Cosmic Humanity, who once worked with you on the same star, are working as behind-the-scenes supporters together with the gods of Earth, gathering great power so that your evolution of consciousness proceeds smoothly, and guiding the evolution of the whole Earth realm.

So let’s all work together and cooperate so that we can make Earth into a full-fledged star that has joined the companions of the universe.
