First, to settle the frequency of your consciousness into a quiet, serene wavelength, let’s breathe deeply for five minutes.

What? Does it absolutely have to be five minutes?

You can keep going until you yourself feel it’s enough.

Five minutes is only a guideline.

At that time, as I always tell you, start with the out-breath.

If you start with the in-breath, the inactive air left in your lungs gets in the way and you can’t take enough new life into your heart and body, so always be careful about that and do it consciously.

And when you breathe out, it’s good to breathe out thinly and long, controlling it.

Pull in your belly until it feels like your stomach touches your back, and tighten your anus.

At that time, breathe out as if you could go on breathing out forever.

Then you’ll easily get past thirty seconds.

If you can, it’s good to keep breathing out for a minute or more.

Then the vibration of the serene source of life deep within life will come to the surface enough to be sensed even by your conscious mind.

It is the resonance of the creative energy of the universe, the Great Life that unites each small life, the source of life energy that is the great parent, the progenitor of our lives.

★The Creative Authority Entrusted

“All creative authority (management authority) in the creation, development, and unfolding of my body, ‘the manifest universe,’ I have given and entrusted to Cosmic Humanity, who are parts of my heart.

When, in the heaven and earth of the star where you have been placed, you draw out from the depths of life and use the infinite creative wisdom you have been given, all the disharmonious phenomena caused until now by self-centeredness arising from ‘love of self’ are, each and every one, restored to their original harmony, and sublimated into a state of harmony in which all living things live in concord.

All the confusion Earth’s humanity has created was, in the immature process of evolutionary creation, entirely within expectations, so I declare that it is possible to overcome that confusion.

The wisdom, insight, and solutions for that are all contained within the light of life. So, beginning with those who graduate from shallow, discriminating thoughts that see self and others as separate, one after another will make full use of that infinite creative power and give new birth to their own worlds.

★To Humanity Living at the Ninth Station, as Close as Can Be to the Summit

For the Earth realm is now at the very moment just before completion. To compare it to mountain climbing, it is climbing the last difficult stretch, a steep sheer cliff, at a point as close as can be to the summit.

A few choose the path of learning again on another star, but truly the great majority remember their own truth, clearly let go of ego, and return to the essence of life.

When you reach one summit, you will find the next mountain to climb, a new peak.

In this way Cosmic Humanity walks the path of infinite evolutionary creation, returns to me, and sets out again and again to pioneer new universes.

In that process, you may increase your spiritual descendants, divided from your own heart, and play bodhisattva-like roles such as Guardian Spirits and Guardian Deities.

★To Become Parents of Spiritual Descendants

The experience of watching over and guiding spiritual descendants, divided hearts of life, cannot be accomplished without infinitely deep love with no self-interest whatsoever.

Even if you don’t understand now, I want to tell you that there are positions in which not even a speck of self-interest is permitted.

I also want you to let it sink deep into your hearts and know that it is precisely because of the secret guidance, full of infinite love, of the Guardian Spirits and Guardian Deities who protect and guide each person that Earth could continue until today.

Once you understand this, the uphill road of remembering and manifesting the light of life will become an easier road with fewer difficulties.

Someday the day will come when you yourselves, as parents of life, watch over and guide your own divided hearts.

As the saying goes, ‘You understand a parent’s heart once you have children.’ The hardships and patience you experienced as parents in the human world will surely be of use when someday you are promoted to parents of life.

In the entire universe, there is no such thing as a wasted experience anywhere.

When you stop criticizing and labeling yourselves and others and accept every destiny positively, the day will come when you understand the true meaning of my words.

Everything is for a better future.

Everything will surely only get better.

As long as all of humanity does not give up developing and showing its own divinity.”

A few of your habits of thought slipped in, but you caught that resonance almost exactly.

Once in a while, entering the source of your own life like today and letting yourself be held in the arms of the Great Life is effective as an experience of seeing yourself objectively.

As long as you don’t depend on it and hand over your authority.

The moment you hand it over, your level of consciousness falls into the astral world, and the creatures living there will pretend to be gods or buddhas and whisper sweet words to you.

What should you do if that happens?

Just deny it, deny it completely.

“You are the only great bodhisattva on earth” → deny it immediately.

“You are the one person responsible for saving the Earth” → deny it immediately.

“You are the very savior all humanity has been waiting for” → deny it immediately.

In this way, whatever they whisper, if you don’t take it seriously and don’t even engage with them, they’ll give up, thinking, “This one looks hard to win over, let’s try someone else,” and leave.

But when we watch the earth, most people facing such a situation take those sweet words at face value and get carried off on their portable shrine.

Without knowing that they’ll be jerked around from there on.

So, as I always say, what’s important is not to hand over the dignity of your own life to anything other than your own divinity.

Even oneness is not about becoming one with other people apart from you. The truth is that we are one in the great ocean of life.

People who have not truly developed their own divinity have not truly understood these truths, however well they understand them in their heads.

I’ve told you about today’s training only because you are someone whose development of divinity is progressing. It’s not something I recommend to everyone.

So when you do it, don’t tell anyone, keep silent about it, and do it purely facing your own life.
