How to Live Beyond the Feeling of Fatigue (Part 1)

★What is the feeling of fatigue?

When the metabolism of life energy in the mind and body gets blocked, many people feel tired.

And from where we watch, surprisingly many people living on the Earth, without knowing what that [tiredness] really is, think, “I’m so tired, I can’t move. I don’t want to do anything more today,” and even put their reason and intelligence to sleep.

So today, let’s give a talk to help you know the difference between divine consciousness, which is life itself, and the feeling of fatigue.

First, what fatigue really is: it can be divided into fatigue of the body and fatigue of the thoughts.

Everyone would say, “I already know that,” once it’s pointed out, but surprisingly many people don’t know what it really is.

What do we mean? First, many people can’t tell the difference between fatigue of the body and fatigue of the thoughts, mix them up, and vaguely think, “I’m tired.”

Second, many people mistake the state in which their thoughts feel fatigued for their heart (consciousness) being tired.

As long as you correct these two mistaken ways of using your thoughts, anyone can heal fatigue more quickly.

On top of that, you come to understand that neither tiredness of the body nor tiredness of the thoughts wears out the heart, you can see the feeling of fatigue and divine consciousness as separate, and it becomes possible to clearly use the life energy that comes from divinity even while feeling fatigue.

The most important thing is to know the fact in the second point we just mentioned: “Only the thoughts are feeling fatigue; the heart isn’t tired at all.”

And as for why that happens, a sharp person like you has probably already noticed.

That’s right: thoughts are thought-energy stuck to the physical body and separated from divinity, and they’re something different from consciousness, which is divine energy sent out directly from the source of life.

The heart is, by nature, the general term for spiritual vibration that neither ages nor dies, another name for the consciousness that continues forever in the other world even after leaving the physical body.

But people who don’t know the truth about life believe the physical body is who they are.

We call that “thoughts attached to the physical body, separated from divinity,” and say it is “something different from the divine consciousness radiated directly from the source of life.” (To be continued)
