As the Journey Through the Third Dimension Nears Its End (Part 2)

(Continued from last time)

★To become one with the greater self of life

When you do this, it’s good to imagine that you have become the great ocean itself.

It’s true that the living things with form on Earth are said to have been born from the sea. Through the experience of becoming one with the sound of your own breathing (the sound of waves resounding deep in your nose), your consciousness can then recognize that you yourself were the very home of life, which gives birth to everything and keeps it alive.

If you, the parent of all living things with form, were to rage, you would do enormous harm to many lives, wouldn’t you?

Now, if you look at a human being as a physical individual only, there are sixty to seventy trillion physical (material) cells, aren’t there?

But besides those, countless mental cells make up your consciousness.

What we can say from that fact is that you are the parent of the lives of all the physical cells and all the mental cells that make you up.

If your consciousness is raging, all those cells receive damage, the normal cycle of metabolism is disrupted, and your mind and body could even be harmed.

Also, while you are an individual on the same side as the cells that make you up, at the same time you are even the Earth and the universe itself to those cells.

So instead of thinking, “Not this, not that,” if you keep breathing slowly and calmly, you’ll come to feel that these seven—[the universe – the Earth – nature – all living things – humanity – yourself as a body – yourself as a mind]—are linked together like a Möbius strip, forming one great circle of light: one life.

Then your consciousness slips out of the tiny shell of yourself, and you become aware of yourself as a greater being, gazing with that consciousness at the Earth and everything that lives on it.

★At the end of the old journey = the beginning of a new journey

Once your consciousness has expanded that far, there’s no problem anymore.

Nothing can violate you.

Because your consciousness is one with the Earth, and is even the universe itself.

And that is also the divine consciousness rooted in the Light of Life that was there from the beginning.

Or rather, what was violating you in the first place was nothing more than the habitual thoughts you yourself sent out (the individual self)—not you as cosmic consciousness (the light of life), your life-self. So now that your consciousness has expanded greatly and deeply to the scale of the Earth and the universe, at this stage, not a single thing that was violating you remains.

If you can realize, and firmly recognize, “My past memories and habitual thoughts were not my true self,” then you no longer have to keep experiencing destiny environments that are like make-up exams on the same assignment.

Congratulations.

You’ve done well to come this far.

It must have been hard.

But you’re all right now.

The time you have spent recognizing constraint with an incomplete consciousness is coming to an end.

When all the old habits of thought that have bound you to a constrained stage are completely purified, the journey of your heart that has continued from the distance of past lives will end.

Wandering through a desert covered with nothing but illusory sand (old habits of thought) while searching for a vein of diamonds (your divine self) was a journey full of great hardship, wasn’t it?

And in the instant that the long journey that has continued until today ends, your consciousness will immediately move to a new stage, right then and there, and a new journey will begin in a completely reborn consciousness of your true self.

That time is already just around the corner.

So however hard things are now, don’t give up.

Take even one step, even two steps forward.

You don’t need to put on airs or try to make yourself look smart.

When your heart is worn out and you can’t walk, it’s fine to move forward at your own pace, even just a little at a time.

You are soon going to experience the turning point from the self of past memories to the self of divine consciousness.
