To Build a Better Collective Consciousness (Part 1)

★The relationship between leadership, running an organization, and collective consciousness

In the Earth world until now, the system of karma in which people could rise in the world regardless of the nobility of their souls was mainstream, so when we look at the state of mind of most people in leadership positions, many of them had stronger egoistic desires (deeper karma) than those who weren’t leaders.

They opened their way and built their positions with the strength of that ego.

But from now on it will be different.

Little by little, as the consciousness of humanity as a whole approaches and enters the divine realm, the more someone can serve the whole with a selfless heart, the more they will stand above others, and those who are the opposite will shift into following.

That’s how it will inevitably become, as a law of the vibrational sphere.

So when you look at the leaders of this age, it’s best not to expect too much from leaders who change their words and actions at their own convenience, reversing orders from morning to evening, flipping right and then left.

It’s a different matter if, even when you placed your expectations on someone and things didn’t go as you wished, you can still feel, “This person always does so well—I’m grateful.”

In the Earth world today, in most cases, when people’s expectations of others are betrayed, almost everyone sends out thoughts of disappointment or anger, don’t they?

Why? Because they’ve handed over their own power to that person.

As we always say, your destiny is something you yourself create.

And yet you entrust it to someone—”They’ll handle it well”—and leave it entirely to them, so when things don’t go as you wish, it becomes, “Why won’t they do it properly?”

What’s difficult is when you belong to an organization but aren’t directly involved in running it. The bigger the organization, the bigger the collective consciousness involved in it, in proportion, so it’s hard to feel that one person’s ideas are directly reflected in the movement of the whole, isn’t it?

As for what people not directly involved in running the organization should do at such times: it’s exactly at such times that it’s good to draw out the infinite wisdom that dwells within life.

Things like “what to do and when” are originally all known by you yourself, and no one else.

The concrete actions a person should take differ according to each person’s position, so it’s more often the case that general theories don’t fit a person exactly.

For example, what you think about the country, local governments, or public bodies—try thinking about it on the basis of your own involvement in politics.

In many countries on Earth today, people choose, in elections, those whose ideas are close to their own, and entrust them with running things, right?

But in reality, it isn’t always the person you chose who gets elected, and even if they are, many other people are elected too, and the system is one in which various things are decided by majority vote among them.

So when what you expected doesn’t turn out as you wished, you have no choice but to accept it.

And thinking about it more fundamentally, you could say politics is swayed by the constant consciousness of the people who belong to that country or local government.

So, so that everyone’s consciousness is raised from a selfish consciousness to an altruistic heart, it’s good to start with yourself, running your thoughts, words, and deeds in each and every moment with altruistic thoughts.

Because the destiny of a country or local government is created by the collective consciousness of the people who live there, and if each person takes part with an altruistic consciousness, the destiny of that country or local government will surely change for the better someday.
