To Support the Refinement of Spiritual and Material Vibrations – 1
Published on Updated on
Review: What Is Ascension (Dimensional Ascension)?
Ascension means refining spiritual vibrations and material vibrations and sublimating them into vibrations of the Deities.
In Japanese it is also called “jigen jōshō,” dimensional ascension.
In order to open a truly sustainable future in this Earth realm, where a sense of being stuck has spread everywhere, what each of us should think about and put into action now is how to refine our own spiritual vibrations and physical (material) vibrations, and the many concrete practices for doing so.
That will first of all bring about the ascension (dimensional ascension) of the people who take it on.
That resonance, that vibration, will in time spread to their families, the people around them, the areas where they live, and so on.
The more individuals there are who live in a way rooted in that truth, the more the Earth realm will overcome its present difficult situation and draw closer to the direction of great harmony.
What matters is to express it in your own actions.
Knowledge truly comes alive only when it is expressed in action.
Action, deeds, and practice are the very key to opening the destiny of Earth.

To Accomplish Ascension (Dimensional Ascension)
So the first thing to turn your consciousness to is, “What, concretely, should I work on in order to accomplish ascension (dimensional ascension)?”
In many cases, when people try to accomplish some great “thing,” they tend to neglect important “matters and people” close at hand, such as their daily lives and relationships.
But what we truly need to work on first and foremost now is to express the divinity within us through the environments we’re placed in, such as our daily lives and work, and through our relationships, and to bring them into harmony.
This is the most basic of basics.
It may be so obvious that it feels like a letdown, but if you leave it neglected, you cannot make great ideals rooted in spirituality a reality.
Human ways of living can be broadly divided into two.
- An altruistic way of life, for the world and for others
- A self-centered way of life that puts the convenience of oneself and those close to one first
At first glance, the former seems to be the ideal, the way things should be, but in reality both lean too far to an extreme.
The way of life that is truly meant to be lies above and between them: a way of life that, through harmonizing oneself, makes the most of oneself and at the same time can also serve others.
That is called the way of the middle path.
I said, “a way of life that, through harmonizing oneself, makes the most of oneself and at the same time can also serve others,” but I think what isn’t concretely clear is “what harmonizing oneself refers to,” and, even if one understands it as knowledge, “with what attitude and how to work on it.”
I myself had no idea at all, and for decades, breathing out karma the way one breathes out air, I lived a selfish life that caused trouble and bother to those around me.
