The Dimensional Ascension of the Five Senses – 7

At the Timing to End All Judgment
There may truly have been so many things, almost too many, before getting here, but the time has come to look again, with neutral eyes, at all your judgments about yourself and others.
That will be accomplished through the dimensional ascension of the five senses.
And I told you that among the five senses, raising “sight” in dimension is the most important of all, didn’t I?
That’s because when you raise “sight” in dimension, the other four senses are pulled up by it and automatically updated.
What matters is “to look objectively at what you think about the phenomena, things, and other people’s words and deeds reflected in your eyes.”
Do you keep seeing yourself and others, yourself and the world, as separate and different things, and stay busy judging others?
Or do you take the feelings you have about others as a mirror of your own heart, reflect on them, and strive to bring the world’s humanity within your heart into harmony?
That is the very crossroads of whether or not you can raise your five senses in dimension.
Cast off the robe of the commonsense thinking of the past.
Then the spirit-body consciousness and divine-body consciousness, closer to the light of life, will come to the surface.
For that, as I always say, it’s good to steadily keep up plain, patient practice so that your everyday breathing can be relaxed without a break.

The Greatest Driving Force for Raising Sight in Dimension
Because once calm, leisurely, slow breathing goes on in your body all the time, a consciousness closer to the light of life naturally comes to the surface.
The principle is that once relaxed breathing becomes second nature, the location of the lump of consciousness settles down into the Lower Dantian in the lower belly, and a consciousness that isn’t swept along by emotional thoughts comes to the surface, as if you’d become a different person.
It may be hard to understand, so let me break it down a bit more: the place called the Lower Dantian is the doorway, the portal, between the deeper dimensions of the conscious mind and the phenomenal world, so when the center of your consciousness descends to the lower belly through relaxed breathing, the inner self and the surface consciousness automatically switch places.
The further the surface consciousness goes inward, the more the inner consciousness comes to the surface in its place.
How far depends on how slowly you can breathe, but once you can breathe in a relaxed way all the time, at the very least a consciousness above the middle of the spiritual world comes to the surface.
That’s still a developing stage, but it’s a world where no one has the kind of consciousness that creates a hell-like world, so your daily life will clearly stabilize, and the difficulty you felt in living will vanish as if it were a lie.
For that, first, second, and third, keep relaxed breathing in mind and put it into practice.
Just knowing it is meaningless.
If you don’t do it, nothing will change.
If you do it, results will surely follow, so try spending all your waking hours simply breathing in a relaxed way.
That is the greatest driving force for raising sight in dimension.
