The human heart and body are amazing.

You might think human beings are inferior to “today’s high-performance computers,” but that’s a huge mistake.

If you look at the human heart and body as a device for receiving and sending the life waves of the source of the universe, then no matter how many capable AIs gang up together, they will never surpass humanity.

Well, computers were originally programmed and made by humans, so that’s only natural when you think about it. But the power of the universe that creates all matter and causes life to dwell in it and exist… the creative power that human beings originally have is an ability that no high-performance computer, however elaborately made, could ever have.

“Heart and body” means just what it says: the heart and the body.

A human being isn’t complete with just the heart, nor can they be complete with just the body.

Only when heart and body melt together into one and are in great harmony can a person fulfill the meaning of having been born.

So those people alone are the exception, but it’s good to remember that for most people, it is only by bringing heart and body into great harmony that they can fulfill their mission.

And then there are people who, once they begin to sense spiritual things a little, start to take the physical body lightly or become unable to feel the pain of others, right?

That’s why you don’t need to seek psychic abilities.

It’s enough to live normally, purely, rightly, beautifully, and vibrantly.

Because special abilities that you chase after and acquire often come with unexpected pitfalls.

That’s because ego-desire is invariably stuck to the back of them.

So it’s best for people to live expressing the power of divinity, divine abilities.

These shine within the human strength you gain while living normally and broadening the range of your consciousness.

Don’t ever think you want special abilities.

Because such thoughts easily resonate with the waves of thought of the astral world.

So the easiest way to express divine abilities while living normally is, in the end, the usual talk: deepen your breathing.

One point to be careful of is not to start by breathing in.

First, breathe out.

It’s good to start after completely breathing out all the leftover air stored in your lungs.

This is a very important point, and if you can do this, making your ordinary breathing as deep as a deep breath isn’t so hard anymore.

As you keep doing this, your mental vibration becomes well-ordered, and as that eventually reflects in your body, both heart and body become healthy.

What kind of state is that? It’s a state in which mind and body have melted into one and become unified.

When that happens, infinite abilities are activated.

Negative thoughts like “I could never do it” or “That’s impossible, no good, I hate it, no way” stop coming to mind, and you try anything, and if it doesn’t go well, how to get results comes to you naturally in a flash.

We always say it, don’t we?

You can’t do it because you think you can’t. If you don’t think you can’t, and think you’ll definitely see it through, a way will surely open.

That much power is built into you.

But even so, it won’t appear for those who think it isn’t there, and it will surely appear for those who think it is.

To activate the infinite abilities that dwell within you and not let life smolder in incomplete burning, the first and foremost thing is to live with your consciousness settled in the divine realm of the source of life.
