Let’s Cultivate a True Religious Heart (Part 1)

★What a religious heart is

Today let’s talk about what a true religious heart is, and how it relates to ascension (dimensional ascension).

There are many religious organizations in the world, and there are people who live involved with them, people who don’t, and people who live detesting them.

But many people have lost sight of what truly matters.

The religious organizations have lost sight of it, the believers have lost sight of it, and the third parties looking on have lost sight of it too.

It is the most basic question: “What is a religious heart?”

And what we’d like to unravel here is, “What is religion in the first place?”

Once you understand this, even people not involved with religious groups will find it not so difficult to advance the evolution of consciousness by their own power.

Listen.

The Japanese word for religion, shūkyō, is written with the characters for “source” and “teaching.”

“Source” here means the great origin, the center. True religion teaches about the original nature of life and how to use it.

And a person who is aware of the original nature of life connected to the great origin and center of life, and uses it correctly, is called a person with a religious heart.

In that sense, keeping to the original form of religion is not easy for any religious group.

Because some organizations have turned their hearts toward growing bigger, or toward money and power, and are close to losing sight of their original role of standing beside people in their suffering.

Religious people who can be said to have a true religious heart can’t place themselves on a high perch far away from people, and they have no wish to live in luxury.

And religious people who truly have a religious heart are ready to give themselves wholly, sharing joys and sorrows with those who are suffering. They can’t take a great deal of money and goods from people in trouble and live in luxury only for themselves.

★The conditions of a religious person

So if people stand above others and live lavishly only for themselves, even if they call themselves religious people, you could say they have drifted somewhat away from the original religious heart.

And taking seriously a system that stirs up greed—”if you bring in so many believers, you get a high position”—and going so far as to deceive people or drag them in by force to add them to the count, is something different from a true religious heart.

True religious people (including people who don’t make religion their livelihood but live with a religious heart) must be people who pass on the facts of life, who pass on the truth of human beings (divinity), who pass on the way people ought to live, who scatter vibrations of light throughout the world, and who embody all of these.

In the teachings of the world’s religions, along with much truth, there may also be parts where human convenience has crept in over long years.

So when you look at a religious group (including quasi-religions that aren’t incorporated), it’s good to look at whether it passes on 100% truth without even a trace of falsehood.

Those are the five great conditions we just mentioned.

If each person can come to discern for themselves in light of those conditions, everyone will come to walk on their own feet without depending on organizations, and religions that pass on real truth will show their true worth and do their work in the changing times ahead.

And now, as people’s evolution of consciousness is progressing, people like you who live with divine consciousness brought to the surface have already cultivated in your minds and bodies a religious heart that surpasses even those who have authority by title. (To be continued next time)
