Let the Scales Fall from the Eye of Your Heart (Part 2)

★To bring a greater consciousness to the surface

And when the tear-water of the eye of your heart becomes even cleaner, the eye of your consciousness becomes, while still being the physical eye, a compound eye that includes the eyes of the heart of the divine body and the body of light, so that, while in your surface consciousness, you can see through a wider range of dimensional levels.

The various worlds reflected in that eye aren’t mysterious worlds at all. Just as people in the physical world go about their own lives, you can see that everyone at each dimensional level is learning the lessons of life suited to their level of consciousness and living ordinarily.

Having heard this much, you can see, can’t you, how much settling into a dualistic level of consciousness—looking only at the world visible to your physical eyes, thinking “that’s right,” “that’s not right,” “I like this,” “I dislike that,” and seeing everything in black and white, in opposition—narrowed your own field of consciousness and let you see only a tiny, tiny world?

Having understood means your level of consciousness has risen—that you have become someone who is no longer tormented by negative thinking and tasting bitterness.

If you didn’t understand after hearing it once, then as you read this talk many times, the tear-water of the eye of your heart, which was made of karmic components, will flow away without your knowing, and before long the time will come when the view of your heart opens wide, as if scales had fallen from the eye of your heart. So come back to this talk again and again, and open the view of your heart.

Then habits of dualistic thinking will correct themselves naturally, without your forcing them.

★Everything is how you take it

What matters is that how the world appears in your consciousness has no cause whatsoever in the outer world—it all lay in how you yourself took it.

If you look around the world carefully with the eye of your heart, there are countless stories of people who seem pitiable but aren’t pitiable at all, and are actually living in a happy state to be envied; and of people you hated and detested to the marrow who, in fact, loved you and cared about you so much.

Everyone was misperceiving the facts through the filter of the ego.

That was the thinking that had forgotten the truth of life.

To come to understand this, while touching many words of truth in daily life, sometimes leave your busy days behind, put yourself right in the middle of nature, and become aware of how small you are.

The love of nature expresses a love so profound that physical human beings couldn’t match it however hard they tried.

Touching its resonance directly and melting and expanding your ego accelerates the evolution of consciousness as much as—or even more than—touching words of truth every day.

People who usually live in the bustle of a big city and are in an environment where it’s hard to get out into nature can simply look up at the sky and melt and expand their consciousness into the vastness of the sky.

In any case, dissolve the thoughts stuck to the physical body that say “me, me” into something greater.

Then the great heart that was originally there—the essence of life—revives, and you remember that the greatness of nature and the greatness of the life that keeps you alive actually lay in the same source and the same root: the creative energy of the universe.

Anything will do.

Try starting with what you can do.

Then the divine consciousness you had hidden deep behind your surface consciousness and treated as if it didn’t exist will come to the surface, and you will see with your own eyes a world with a field of consciousness completely different from the self you were a moment ago. (The End)
