In a World of Mirrors

◎Turn back toward yourself the self-evaluations of the physical brain and the causes of the feelings you have about others.
◎If you let criticism, blame, and evaluation of yourself and others pour out, then even if you aim for thoughts, words, and deeds of love and truth in other respects, the minus and plus cancel each other out, and your level of consciousness goes back and forth around plus-minus zero.
◎People interested in spirituality often go to one extreme of depending on others or to another extreme of getting absorbed in some kind of self-power practice, but if you truly want to ascend and become someone who co-creates a radiant Earth, the shortcut to ascension is to hand over to your Guardian Deities and Spirits the ego consciousness that thinks “me, my, by myself, for me, myself…” me, me, me, me, me, me.
◎When you look for every cause within yourself, a path out of the whirlpool of suffering opens.
◎When you’re caught up in thoughts like “Someone did this to me, did that to me,” your heart is still in the vibrational sphere of dualistic opposition. It’s only natural to feel pain, and there’s no need to blame yourself.

◎As long as your consciousness lives in the vibrational sphere of dualistic opposition, you’ll keep repeating a life of feeling unhappiness while pursuing happiness, and receiving betrayal while seeking love.
◎The way out of the vibrational sphere of dualistic opposition is to look deep in your heart for the cause of the feelings you have about yourself and others, and to find and look at the victim self and the self doing harm at the same time. If you find only one, your heart’s balance stays tilted.
◎Looking at the same time at the victim self and the self doing harm that were hiding in the darkness deep in your heart can sometimes be painful, because the ego resists. But if you take it as “bitter medicine you need to swallow” and quietly observe while accepting it, the pain you felt will soon disappear, and you’ll feel and experience your heart becoming light and bright.
◎The feelings you unconsciously have about yourself and others appear as chances to rescue the world’s humanity deep in your heart, which until now you had not noticed. (It is your Guardian Deities and Spirits who are orchestrating these, so it’s good to live sending thoughts of gratitude to your Guardian Deities and Spirits around the clock, held in their embrace.)
◎The feelings you unconsciously have about yourself and others reflect, like a mirror, the reality of your own subconscious. They disappear (are released) simply by being acknowledged. The trick is to simply acknowledge them without sending out thoughts of criticism, blame, or evaluation.
