★Accept yourself and others through gratitude for life
That isn’t something someone else can help you with.
It’s something you can only do by guiding yourself.
A concrete way to guide yourself is to build up small experiences of success.
But as long as you can’t feel how blessed you are to be kept alive, even that probably won’t go well, so first, it’s good to give thanks to life itself, which keeps you alive.
The short prayer words, “Thank you, Life,” contain gratitude to all the life inside and outside your own mind and body.
Within the word “life” shines the whole of “the light of life,” which dwells in things with form and keeps them all alive, supporting one another.
It may not click right away when we say the light of life shines within life, but you can think of it as, “Gratitude to life connects to gratitude to every being in the universe.”
If you keep that up for a while, you can remember your own worth.
Then your fear of a society where people relate to and interact with one another, and your weariness with the world, will begin to fade, and before long you’ll come to grasp the fact that all human beings are originally one life, moving the great heaven and earth through their cooperation with one another.
No thought hinders the evolution of consciousness more than a thought of self-preservation like, “I don’t want to get involved because I don’t want to get hurt.”
It may look as if you’re protecting yourself, but in fact you’re shutting yourself up in something small.
Even the thought, “I don’t want to get involved because I don’t want to hurt anyone,” often has a hidden wish to protect yourself behind it.
Thoughts like these only mean that your heart has become a little timid, through an accumulation of past failures and setbacks in relationships, distorted relationships with parents and siblings, and so on. So you can widen the range of your involvement with people little by little—for example: I’ll say hello; we exchanged greetings; I’ll try bringing up the weather.

★You can overcome the wounds of your heart by yourself
Some people can’t get over heart wounds from their relationships with their parents and siblings even after decades, and are still suffering in middle age or old age.
If such a person is still living with them now, it’s good to try living apart if circumstances allow.
And whether or not you can live apart, it’s good to keep praying for the great harmony of the whole Earth, every day, every moment.
As human beings make a habit of dissolving their consciousness into something greater, their personal, self-serving thoughts eventually stop mattering, and they can forgive even family members they couldn’t forgive before.
That in itself amounts to taking care of your own business first, and you create for yourself a conscious environment in which you can use life energy freely.
It’s good to draw great ideals, but it’s hard to leap straight into an ideal world while neglecting each step beneath your feet. So first, turn your eyes to your real life and can relate smoothly with the people around you.
You can surely do it.
There are many who have gone before you, who overcame such circumstances and evolved in consciousness, and we’re cheering you on too.
And if there are times when you feel you really might give up, cry out in your heart, “Guardian Spirit, thank you for always watching over me. Please help me.”
Then your Higher Self will surely give you the best wisdom through intuition.
When you do, be sure not to forget to express your gratitude first.
You’ll understand why if you put yourself in the opposite position.
Guardian Spirits are Deities on a special personal assignment, watching over and guiding each individual human being without ever leaving their side, not even for a moment.
Even if your thoughts tell you, “I’m all alone,” that is absolutely not so—you are living together with your Guardian Spirit. (The End)
