At the Timing to Remember Ancient Memories (Part 1)

★How Often You Bathe in the Sun of Life Is Proportional to Your Level of Consciousness
A person who can always observe, with their conscious mind, the sun shining in their heart can be said to be living divine consciousness.
It has many names, such as the light of life, the spiritual sun, or the energy of the source of life, but all of them refer to the original power that created the universe and keeps everything alive and in being.
Those whose inner eye has opened can see that light of life dwelling within every person.
No, more than that, they can find the light of life in all living things, and in every phenomenon and material of the natural world.
So the fact that all things exist through the life energy of the universe’s creation is understood without any sense of mystery, and unceasing thoughts of gratitude naturally well up.
To say it from a different angle, you could also say that “how often you bathe in the sun of life is proportional to your level of consciousness.”
Thinking of this the other way around, you can tell where your level of consciousness is currently dwelling.
For example, people at the astral level can’t feel gratitude toward anything or anyone.
People in the lower to middle levels of the spiritual world can feel gratitude only when they’re in the mood.
In short, it depends on how they feel.
People whose consciousness dwells higher, in the middle to upper levels of the spiritual world, are overflowing with gratitude about sixty to ninety percent of the time.
And people whose consciousness dwells in the divine realm can feel gratitude toward all things.
If you look at your usual consciousness from above using this standard, you can tell at a glance which layer your surface consciousness is living in now.

★Living with a Free Heart, Everyone Is a Divine Human Being
People with clouds in the sky of their hearts can’t fully bathe in the light of their own life, so the renewal of their mental cells and physical cells tends to lag behind.
You could say this is a phenomenon that easily occurs when waves of thought clinging to the body, which you could call karma or ego, are stuck fast to the physical body or astral body.
Then, when the layer where your consciousness dwells reaches the spiritual-world level, it becomes like “sunny with occasional clouds,” with scattered clouds passing by now and then, so the heart no longer clings to the body.
But since clouds of thought, such as fixations and assumptions, still remain, the sun of life doesn’t show itself completely.
Seen from that viewpoint, you can see that the highest heart for a human being is one whose consciousness keeps flowing smoothly, smoothly, in any event or situation, never staying stuck in one place.
As we’ve said before, that is called a free heart.
When you take the contact lenses of your fixations and assumptions off the eyeball of your heart, you come to see all “arinomama” (things as they appear) and “arugamama” (things as they truly are) just as they are.
Consciousness at that point can look over everything without judging good or bad, like or dislike, no matter what it sees, hears, or touches, so it is extremely close to the creative heart of the universe.
That’s why you can cherish everything, forgive it, and love it.
A person who lives with such a heart is called a divine human being.
All human beings are originally divine human beings.
They had only forgotten it; whatever state of mind someone is in now, and whatever thoughts, words, and deeds they’re caught up in, everyone is truly God itself. (To be continued)
