At the End of the Journey Home to “Yourself As You Truly Are”

Published on Updated on

Let’s Tell “Yourself As You Truly Are” from “Yourself As You Happen to Be”

Positive, negative, it doesn’t matter which, but as you go through life, if you carefully scoop up and observe what’s in your heart, “what you place value on,” it becomes easier to tell “yourself as you truly are” from “yourself as you happen to be.”

Why? Because as you slowly savor “what you place value on,” the standpoint of your consciousness shows through and becomes clearly visible.

“Yourself as you truly are” is the free and unbounded heart directly connected to the universe, resonating just as the light of life itself.

And “yourself as you happen to be” refers to the thoughts that see self and others as limited within the world of confining forms.

You can also look at it as a division between “infinite consciousness” and “finite thoughts.”

When you look at yourself, if you can grasp whether the thoughts of each of the selves (the world’s humanity) living on the land of your heart are a consciousness that holds good forever (yourself as you truly are) or a bubble-like consciousness that appears and fades away (yourself as you happen to be), you can integrate and harmonize the plus and minus, yin and yang selves.

That’s the standpoint of the “bird’s-eye view” (a field of awareness that looks down on the whole) I always talk about.

If you can stand there, every unresolved thought that flashes through your mind as you look at yourself and others will be returned to heaven.

Good or bad, like or dislike, close or distant, pleasing or displeasing, above or below: all those jumbled feelings are released.

Then you can revive “a heart of compassionate love” that embraces everything without judgment.

That is a consciousness that has ascended to a dimension one or two stages higher.

At present, in the consciousness of most people on Earth, more than 98% of their self-awareness is taken up by “yourself as you happen to be” (finite thoughts).

When Morning Comes, Everyone Wakes Up

I’m not saying that’s no good.

For example, lots of people aren’t up yet at a little past five on a winter morning, right?

It’s the same thing.

If you compared the current situation on Earth to a time of day, it’s in the early hours before dawn.

But just because they’re living through the time when the darkness is deepest, it would be shallow to decide that Earth’s humanity is no good.

Just watch.

From now on, many people will wake from a long sleep and remember “themselves as they truly are.”

It can be called the age when the night of the soul of Earth’s humanity comes to an end, the moment of the revival of the sacred.

At this time, some people may resist, unable to let go of their habitual thoughts, but even they, seeing the people around them transforming one after another, will someday come to reconsider how they live.

Because the humanity of every star is on a journey back to “themselves as they truly are.”
